At Ben Nevis Watches, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. As such, all sales are final, and products are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or replacements for defect-free products based on look and feel or minor differences in shades, colors, or materials.


Replacement Policy for Defective or Damaged Items

We are committed to ensuring that your purchase meets the highest standards of quality. If your watch has any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement. To initiate a replacement, please report the issue within 30 days of receipt by emailing us at support@benneviswatches.com. Include images and video proof of the defect along with your order ID.


Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the following:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging is intact, including all items that were shipped in the package.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the original item, it will be inspected for damage or defects. If a defect is found, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. In the case where no defect is identified, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for sending and returning the replacement.


Refund Policy

For any manufacturing defects or quality issues on our side, we offer a full refund. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with the necessary proof of the defect.
